This role is all about being the first point of contact, ensuring clients understand their program, feel seen, and have a smooth, stress-free onboarding experience.
The ideal candidate is emotionally steady, compassionate, and skilled at active listening, with the ability to summarise and clarify client needs in a way that feels reassuring and professional. You'll be handling client communications, guiding them through program processes, and supporting them with practical solutions, all while maintaining high standards of organisation and follow-through.
