Client Onboarding Representative (Contract)

We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Client Onboarding Representative (Internal Job Title: Client Onboard Rep - C05 ) based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Responsibilities

  • Process client requests related to system set up, including signatories’ updates and documentation lodgment.
  • Co‑operate with internal partners to perform systems maintenance based on documentation related to account opening and maintenance processes.
  • Provide responses to client and internal inquiries.
