Job Summary : Client Operations, Onboarding, Client servicing, Complinace, Reporting

Responsibility

  • Client Onboarding & KYC
  • Handle client onboarding documentation including KYC and client registration forms.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of client onboarding.
  • Set up client profiles on various platforms (MFU, NSE).
  • Verify client information and ensure compliance with onboarding documentation requirements.
  • Account Opening & Product Setup
  • Facilitate account opening for various assets such as Stocks, PMS, International Platforms, Bonds, FDs, and other investment products.
  • Set up and check implementation platform accounts
  • Coordinate with product management teams and providers for account opening and activation.
  • Transaction Processing
  • Process financial and non-financial transactions (Purchase, redemptions, switches, etc.) accurately, with zero errors.
  • Set up and manage daily transaction processing with client communication and coordination.
  • Perform post-transaction checks and maintain audit trails.
  • Client Servicing & Data Management
  • Ensure new clients login credentials activation and platform access.
  • Maintain client masters, databases, CRM, KYC, and other data in internal systems.
  • Update portfolio reports and data for clients and maintain proper documentation.
  • Service client portfolio reporting needs, investment and tax reporting needs and other related requirements with quality and timeliness
  • Compliance & Reporting
  • Support compliance requirements on an ongoing basis including new SEBI IA documentation requirements and reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to internal SOPs and assist in periodic updates of Standard Operating Procedures.
  • General Office administration and coordination with documents team.

Requirement

  • 5+ years experience for Senior Client Operations Executive role
  • 2+ years experience for Client Operations Executive role

Preferred : NISM VA

Salary Range : upto 6 LPA, Based on industry standards and relevant experience
