Key Responsibilities

• Extract reports and investigate trade settlement issues for resolution.
• Monitor system queues for specific trade statuses.
• Perform trade repairs in core systems to ensure accurate and timely settlement according to market deadlines.
• Follow up on all trade issues until complete resolution.
• Ensure queries are resolved promptly; escalate where necessary.
• Escalate operational issues or abnormalities in line with local escalation protocols.
• Process all instructions strictly according to operating procedures.
• Guide and support new team members during onboarding.
