Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily processes supporting registry management, subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and conversions.
- Input and validate manual records in cash and transaction reconciliation logs.
- Update registers, manage cash, send notices/confirmations, and prepare control data and metrics.
- Follow mandatory escalation processes in line with agreed procedures.
- Refer queries promptly and propose solutions within governance and change frameworks.
- Build productive relationships with internal departments and contribute to cross-team operational improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with procedures, supporting governance and risk awareness.
