Key Responsibilities

  • Execute daily processes supporting registry management, subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and conversions.
  • Input and validate manual records in cash and transaction reconciliation logs.
  • Update registers, manage cash, send notices/confirmations, and prepare control data and metrics.
  • Follow mandatory escalation processes in line with agreed procedures.
  • Refer queries promptly and propose solutions within governance and change frameworks.
  • Build productive relationships with internal departments and contribute to cross-team operational improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with procedures, supporting governance and risk awareness.

  • Open to fresh graduates with relevant academic backgrounds.
