Job Summery:
Coforge is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Client Partner to lead and manage a global customer account in the Manufacturing & CPG space in Pune. This role demands exceptional client-facing capabilities, proven sales expertise and the ability to grow EN (Existing/New) business within the assigned account/s.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a hustler, and a strong relationship builder capable of engaging at the CXO level to influence business opportunities and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Management : Build, nurture, and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including CXO-level executives, to strengthen trust and partnership
Business Growth : Identify and secure new opportunities to grow EN business within the account/s while achieving /exceeding revenue and profitability targets
Account Ownership : Act as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring satisfaction and aligning Coforge’s solutions with the client’s business needs
Strategic Sales : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to address client requirements and create long-term value
Collaborative Leadership : Work closely with internal teams across delivery, operations, and presales to ensure exceptional service and business alignment
Market Insights : Stay updated on industry trends and challenges within the Manufacturing & CPG sector to offer proactive insights and innovative solutions
Role Competencies:
Proven experience in a client-facing sales role , within the Manufacturing & CPG industry
Strong track record in growing Existing/New business within global accounts
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence CXO-level executives
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution
A hustler mentality with a focus on achieving tangible business outcomes
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
