Job Summary : Coforge is seeking to appoint a Client Partner who will be responsible for managing existing client/s (GCC space) and expand revenue through account mining, cross-sell/upsell, and multi-year deal shaping . The role requires end-to-end client ownership from C‑suite relationship management and solution positioning to commercial structuring and delivery governance. The ideal leader combines strong GCC market fluency with IT services breadth (applications, data/AI, cloud, integration, cybersecurity, managed services) and has a track record of driving double‑digit growth from installed base accounts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow revenue through account mining, cross-sell/upsell, and multi-year deal shaping
  • Account Mining & Expansion: Identify and convert whitespace—new LOBs, geographies, and platforms
  • Manage C-suite relationships and lead pursuits from qualification to closure
  • Ensure delivery governance and client satisfaction through QBRs and proactive issue resolution
  • Align solutions to BFS priorities: digital banking, payments, risk/compliance, data/AI, cloud


Skills & Experience

  • 12+ years in IT services sales/account management; BFS focus with global customers based in India and Singapore
  • Proven success with GCC BFS clients; strong executive presence
  • Expertise in managed services, cloud, data/AI, and commercial constructs
  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputed college (Engineering, Computer Science); MBA preferred
