As a design-led studio working on refined residential and commercial projects across India, we collaborate with clients who value quality, discretion, and long-term vision. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Client Partnerships & Relationship Growth Lead with deep exposure to luxury brands and leading interior design studios.
This is not a conventional sales or business development role.
It is a people-first, reputation-led role for someone who understands how luxury relationships are built through trust, taste, and credibility.
About the Role
Working closely with the Founder, you will represent Chestnut Storeys externally and take ownership of high-quality client relationships from first conversation through long-term association.
Your role will be to ensure that the right clients, brands, and partners align with the studio’s design philosophy and values.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a senior external representative of the studio
Build and manage relationships with HNI / UHNI clients, luxury brands, and premium partners
Handle high-level client conversations with discretion and confidence
Qualify opportunities based on alignment, intent, and design sensibility
Collaborate closely with the Founder on client strategy and positioning
Strengthen long-term relationships that lead to repeat projects and referrals
Represent the studio with professionalism in meetings, site visits, and industry interactions
Who We’re Looking For

Have prior experience working with luxury brands or top-tier interior design / architecture studios
Understand premium client expectations and relationship management
Is polished, articulate, and confident in high-stakes conversations
Value long-term partnerships over transactional wins
Have strong intuition for people, aesthetics, and alignment
Bring maturity, discretion, and strategic thinking to your work
