The organization is dedicated to fostering innovation and knowledge across various sectors to enhance competitiveness and encourage networking. With more than 400 members, Barcelona aims to solidify its status as the city’s leading innovation hub. The Engagement and Program Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of member engagement initiatives and programs. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Barcelona, with some flexibility for remote work some days during the week depending on the agenda.
Strong project management and program coordination skills
Proficiency in stakeholder and partnership management
Expertise in event planning and member engagement strategies
Fluency in English, Catalan, and Spanish is preferred
Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for communication and program delivery
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Technology or a related field is advantageous
