Work closely with clients to understand their needs, strengthen long-term relationships and provide tailored service support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client onboarding, engagement and follow-ups
  • Conduct needs-based discussions to understand goals
  • Present suitable service recommendations professionally
  • Maintain client databases and relationship pipelines
  • Represent the company at networking and outreach events

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree (any discipline)
