Job Description:
• Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries (phone, WhatsApp, email)
• Understand client needs and coordinate with the sales team
• Document client details, meeting notes, and order requirements
• Support with quotations, purchase orders, and other admin tasks
• Collaborate with sales, design, and production teams for smooth order processing
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communications
• Proactively address client concerns and ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Business Management or Equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or client support in a Business to Business and service-oriented environment
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
