Job Description

Key Responsibilities :


  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Prepare accurate quotations and proposals in coordination with the external sales team.
  • Provide after-sales assistance and resolve customer service issues or fulfilment discrepancies.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Manage and update the customer database (CRM) and sales records.
  • Prepare documents like delivery orders, invoices, and job costing sheets.
  • Generate and compile sales reports and performance metrics for the sales management team.
  • Assist the external sales team with presentations, tender documents, and contracts.
