Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Prepare accurate quotations and proposals in coordination with the external sales team.
- Provide after-sales assistance and resolve customer service issues or fulfilment discrepancies.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Manage and update the customer database (CRM) and sales records.
- Prepare documents like delivery orders, invoices, and job costing sheets.
- Generate and compile sales reports and performance metrics for the sales management team.
- Assist the external sales team with presentations, tender documents, and contracts.
