Your Mission: To act as the primary contact for assigned customers, ensuring flawless order execution, timely deliveries, and high customer satisfaction through strong coordination with Sales, Planning, Production, Logistics, Finance, and Quality teams.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end order processing from receipt or orders to dispatch within defined timelines
- Enter orders accurately in ERP systems with correct specifications, put ups, and delivery dates
- Coordinate confirmation dates with Planning and Stock teams
- Communicate proactively with customers on order status, dispatches, and delays
