Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Map customer organization and all products within the domain.
  • Execute customer relationship management strategies as per plan.
  • Handle customer/internal escalations and ensure timely resolution.
  • Influence and inspire internal teams to achieve customer-specific goals.

2. Market & Customer Strategy

  • Develop and execute strategies to win new business and achieve profitable growth.
  • Map key customer vitals including potential, competition, and future models.
  • Monitor customer technology trends and define product strategy.
  • Lead pre-selling activities like technical seminars and innovation events.
