Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Client Servicing, based in Mumbai. The responsibilities include overseeing client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to achieve the highest levels of client satisfaction. The role involves leading and managing a client servicing and influencer relations team, collaborating with internal departments to develop tailored strategies, and ensuring smooth execution of client campaigns. The Head of Client Servicing will also monitor project budgets and financial performance, while fostering long-term partnerships with clients.
