Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients across all project phases.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client and agency relationships.
  • Coordinate internally with project managers, designers, workshop teams, and technical crews to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Translate client needs into clear briefs, timelines, and internal documentation.
  • Support preparation of proposals, presentations, and pitch materials.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and added services.
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Ensure projects meet IBS Decor’s quality, safety, and delivery standards.
  • Handle client feedback, concerns, and follow-ups professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate client records, reports, and documentation.
