ROLES and RESPOLSIBILITIES

●       Coordinate and manage all operational aspects of events, from planning to execution.

●       Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

●       Be available and approachable to clients at all times, providing continuous support and communication.

●       Approach client leads generated from venues associated with the company to cater to their event needs elsewhere.

●       Develop and present mood boards and event concepts (using Microsoft PowerPoint /sites like Canva) to clients.

●       Manage vendor relationships, ensuring quality and timely delivery of services.

●       Oversee event logistics, including setup, on-site coordination, and troubleshooting any issues during the event.
