About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and client‑centric Client Relations Manager to strengthen and grow our client portfolio in the training and consulting industry. The successful candidate will build strong relationships, ensure client satisfaction, manage the client‑journey end‑to‑end and support business growth through repeat business and referrals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective clients: understand their training and consulting needs, objectives and business challenges.
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with corporate clients, HR/executive leadership, learning & development heads and other stakeholders in organisations.
  • Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to keep client pipelines active: support client meetings, deliver presentations, prepare proposals and follow up on leads.
