Client Relations Officer

As a Client Relations Officer , you will be responsible for the daily lobby management operations and provide assistant to the Branch head in marketing the Bank’s and affiliates products and services. You will also provide active customer service to the clients by ensuring to manage lobby traffic in the branch as well as direct/ educate clients to use alternative electronic channels (i.e. the branch’s digital machines).
