The Branch Client Relations Officer is responsible for the daily lobby management operations and provides assistance to the Branch Head in marketing the Bank’s and affiliates’ products and services.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to the clients of the Bank by actively volunteering assistance
- Manage lobby traffic in the branch and directing / educating clients to use alternative electronic channels (i.e. the branch's digital machines)
- Approve and override transactions
- Ensure compliance to the Bank's Policies, procedures and Requirements
Qualifications
- Graduate of any four-year or five-year course / bachelor's degree Holder
- With at least three years branch banking experience as an officer (two years of which in Marketing (low counter) and/or Sales of bank products)
