Schedule

40 hours per week

Monday to Friday 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM New York time (with a 1-hour unpaid break)

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer service inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls from current and prospective students
  • Conduct Zoom calls with potential students to explain program details, differences between offerings, and expected outcomes
  • Provide detailed explanations of why comprehensive programs differ from one-day courses and their long-term benefits
  • Support students with general inquiries about login procedures, scheduling, and program logistics
  • Manage both inbound sales conversations and customer service requests as a hybrid role
  • Communicate with an international student base who are mostly executives across multiple time zones
  • Assist with the rollout and explanation of new, premium educational programs
