Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused individual to join our team as a Client Relations & Operations Executive in a tuition centre.

This role plays a key part in managing parent communications, supporting operations, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of classes and events.

You will work closely with parents, students, and internal staff, requiring strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for parents via WhatsApp
  • Handle enquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and empathy
  • Communicate class schedules, assessments, events and updates clearly
  • Coordinate scheduling of classes and events
  • Prepare and manage documents (printing, typing, filing etc.)
  • Maintain accurate student and class attendance
  • Support logistics and operational planning
  • Ensure processes are followed with accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements:

  • University graduates and those with prior experience preferred
  • Strong command of spoken and written English
  • Highly detail-oriented and organised
  • High emotional intelligence — polite, perceptive, and situationally aware
  • Reliable, accountable, and committed to seeing tasks through
  • Comfortable communicating with parents and stakeholders

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $2, $3,000.00 per month

Education:

  • GCE 'A' Level or equivalent (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 100% (Required)
