As we expand, were looking for a Client Servicing & Business Development Specialist - someone who enjoys working with people, managing operations smoothly, and identifying meaningful opportunities to grow client relationships. What You Will Do Client Servicing: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure seamless coordination across all engagements. Handle onboarding, service delivery, scheduling, follow-ups, and post-engagement feedback. Maintain high-quality communication with clients and offer proactive support. Resolve queries by collaborating with internal teams and ensure timely closure on deliverables. Manage multi-location project operations including travel-based assignments when required. Business Development: Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and enhance engagement. Support the team in presenting HappinessCue services to prospective clients and partners. Assist in outreach activities, pitches, proposals, and early-stage client conversations. Track leads, maintain databases, and share structured follow-ups. Represent HappinessCue professionally and confidently in external meetings or events. Requirements
2 - 7 years of experience in client servicing, account management, business development support, HR, hospitality, counselling support roles, wellness startups, or any people-facing function. Strong interpersonal skills with a calm, solution-oriented approach. Comfortable travelling for work, including short-term relocations based on project requirements (with relocation support from the company). A natural relationship-builder who listens well and communicates clearly. Interest in emotional well
