Job Purpose:


To act as the customer-facing Front Office owner for assigned Global OEMs and key distributors, ensuring smooth Order-to-Cash coordination, high-quality customer experience, and effective issue resolution through strong collaboration across supply chain, sales, finance, and support teams.


Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Act as the single point of contact for customers across the Order-to-Cash process
  • Coordinate end-to-end order execution with the Customer Service Support Office
  • Manage customer communication, order status updates, delivery commitments, and service queries
  • Handle customer complaints in a structured and solution-oriented manner
  • Coordinate with Supply Planning, Logistics, Warehousing, Control Tower, Sales, Finance, and Support Office


Education & professional experience

  • Any Graduate
  • 3 – 5 Years of Experience


Skill Sets

  • Need hands on experience with SAP & ERP
  • Service Cloud (Salesforce experience is an added advantage) or any CRM tool related to customer relationship management
  • Experience of supply planning and customer service
  • Stakeholder Management
