Job Description

Primary purpose is to improve lead conversion, proactive customer engagement, and consistent follow-up through cold calling and digital channels.



- Cold calling and lead generation for CRMs, PT programs, and chemical testing services.


- Handling inbound and outbound sales enquiries through phone, email, and CRM tools.


- Explaining product offerings and service scope clearly to customers.


- Preparing quotations, following up on proposals, and closing orders.


- Coordinating with operations and logistics teams for order fulfillment.


- Maintaining customer data, follow-ups, and sales pipeline in CRM.


- Supporting repeat business and long-term customer relationships.


Experience:

2-4 years


Qualification:

Any graduate
