About the Role

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of expanding our NSW market presence. You’ll use your delivery experience to understand client needs, identify opportunities, and partner with our consulting team to develop solutions and secure outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify opportunities where Terra Firma can add value to clients’ projects.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with leadership to shape our NSW market approach.
  • Partner with consultants to craft solutions and prepare proposals.
  • Lead proposal responses that align with client needs and our capabilities.
  • Support opportunities from the first conversation through to contract.

What You Bring

  • Hands-on experience in consulting, project delivery, or professional services, giving you insight into client challenges and needs.
  • A desire to transition into a client-facing, business development-focused role.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • A practical, consultative mindset for shaping solutions that work.
  • Existing networks are a bonus.
