Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Executive located in Hyderabad.
Responsibilities
Handle communications with clients across whatsapp, instagram, email, phone and store appointments
Coordinate with production, dispatch and courier teams to resolve client issues timely and efficiently
Learn and use softwares like Shopify, ERP and MS Excel
