Client Relationship Executive

As a Client Relations Executive, you’ll be the connector between brands, clients, and our internal teams. You’re not just replying emails—you’re helping ideas turn into live campaigns. You’ll learn how collaborations are built, managed, and delivered from start to finish.

• Manage emails, timelines, and campaign schedules with confidence and act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
• Build relationships with brands, agencies, and PR teams by coordinating media invites, product drops, and campaign logistics
• Ensure campaign objectives, deliverables, and timelines are met and oversee creative and content production to keep things running smoothly
• Track performance and help prepare post-campaign reports
• Support new business efforts: attend sales enquiries, draft proposals, and assist with closing deals when needed
• Take on ad-hoc tasks and new challenges as they come
