  • Support day-to-day communication with clients and potential customers

  • Handle basic enquiries and direct requests to the appropriate team
  • Keep client records, contact lists and activity logs accurate and up to date
  • Support initiatives aimed at strengthening long-term customer relationships

Requirements

  • Local Polytechnic Diploma or Degree qualification
  • Clear and confident communicator with clients and internal teams
  • Well-organised with strong time management and follow-up skills
  • Basic proficiency in email, spreadsheets or CRM tools
  • Prior customer service or support experience is an advantage
