About the Role

CKSC is hiring a Client Relationship Lead to join the commercial team. The role will be hybrid with an expectation of approximately 50% of the time being spent onsite and the remaining time in Perth at our Bibra Lake headquarters.

You will serve as a liaison between our Clients and CKSC's internal departments, accurately conveying Client's needs, objectives, and challenges, allowing us to provide tailored advice and solutions that align with their goals.

Roster: Monday to Friday.

This new role will:

  • Nurture and develop long-term client relationships.
  • Drive uptake of the full range of services within CKSC’s Integrated Maintenance System.
  • Review onsite execution of CKSC’s services to improve value, productivity or safety.
  • Proactively keep Clients informed of new service offerings, products, or special offers.

Key Accountabilities

The Client Relationship Lead will support the business goals through:

  • Business Improvement : Ensuring CKSC's service delivery aligns with internal process and expectations. Driving the value of adopting the full suite of CKSC's Integrated Maintenance System.
  • Issue resolution & collaboration : Collaborate with internal, cross-functional teams (e.g., Service, Spare Parts, Stores, and Planning) to ensure seamless service delivery and unified client strategy.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Conduct regular meetings and business reviews to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and ensure the company is meeting or exceeding expectations.
  • Service Offering and Business Growth : Monitor and report on account performance metrics to internal stakeholders and clients. Develop and implement comprehensive relationship management strategies that enhance client loyalty and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have:

Inherent relationship building skills , someone who is skilled at building professional bonds with various stakeholders at differing organisational levels.

A strong ability to effectively analyse processes and make recommendations to improve client outcomes.

Strong organisational and planning skills are essential for managing a portfolio of clients, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office , especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred but not essential: experience with asset management and ERP programs , such as Mex and MYOB .
