THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to work with us on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.
This position is based on a hybrid working model. Working out of a Barcelona office 2-3 days a week.
To work in partnership with the Client to provide a mutually profitable, efficient and professional fulfilment service through total ownership of the account / contract including; Client Relationships, Sales/Business Development, Operational Ownership and Team Management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily cooperation with a client
Product development with the suppliers
Coordination the production of products
Budget forecasting
EXPERIENCE
Client Services management experience in a busy corporate environment
POS/Print experience
Experience of blue chip compliance environment
Experience of complex incident reporting and complaint management
Relevant Topic Graduate
Polished professional communication and presentation skills
Bi-lingual Language skills – required language & English
Knowledge about PSP/Permanent display
Premiums/gadgets global business understanding capabilities
Konwledge about premiums products, printing technologies, vouchers, lotteries.
Brief reception, questionning and production capabilities
Understanding the suppliers (premiums ) capabilities
Excellent client facing relationship management
Excellent team working MANDATORY
