Client Relationship Manager

Sydney or Melbourne | Hybrid working | Permanent

MUFG Pension & Market Services is seeking a motivated Client Relationship Manager to support and grow relationships with a portfolio of clients. This role is well suited to someone with prior experience in client management or client services who is looking to continue developing their career within financial services.

In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring a high standard of service delivery while working closely with internal teams to anticipate client needs and support retention and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with fee-paying clients
• Proactively manage client expectations and service delivery
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver client activities and projects
• Support client retention, cross-selling, and account planning initiatives
• Manage client queries, reporting, and key annual activities (e.g. AGMs)
• Ensure services are delivered in line with agreed service levels and regulatory requirements

About you

• Experience in a client relationship, account management, or client services role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working collaboratively across teams
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Experience or interest in financial services is highly regarded
