Client Relationship Manager

I'm partnering with an Organization in a massive expansion phase looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager / Account Manager with a strong MSP background to manage and grow their existing client base while expanding their footprint across Northern Ireland .

In Year 1 , the focus will be on nurturing existing clients , strengthening relationships, and driving retention, alongside identifying opportunities for account growth and new business .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing MSP clients
• Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor
• Drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
• Conduct regular account reviews and strategic discussions
