The CRM Manager owns the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy across onboarding, engagement, retention, tier management, and hyper-personalized journeys for the Plus app. This role ensures campaigns drive footfall, loyalty uplift, and merchant engagement.

Relevant Experience Needed

  • 6–10 years of experience in CRM, marketing automation, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Strong background in loyalty programs or app-based consumer platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar tools).
  • Proven track record of driving retention and engagement at scale.
