This role is critical to ensuring exceptional client experiences, consistent service delivery, and long-term partnership success as we continue to scale. The Client Relationship Manager serves as the primary client advocate, owning communication, satisfaction, quality oversight, and issue resolution from onboarding through steady-state operations.
