Location: - The Corenthum Sec -62 Noida (Onsite)
Working Days: - Mon- Sat
Shift Timing: - 10 Am-7 pm

Objective: To build, strengthen, and sustain long-term client relationships while ensuring smooth delivery, client satisfaction, and business growth.
1. Client Relationship Management
1. Maintain strong, consistent communication with all assigned clients.
2. Understand client needs, concerns, and future demands proactively.
3. Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and feedback calls.
4. Ensure high client satisfaction and immediate resolution of issues.
2. Onboarding & Implementation
1. Coordinate seamless onboarding of new clients for EV rentals or lease plans.
2. Ensure documentation, agreements, and KYC processes are completed on time.
3. Liaise with internal teams for timely vehicle delivery and setup.
3. Client Retention & Growth
1. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities (additional vehicles, upgraded plans, maintenance packages).
2. Maintain a 90%+ client retention rate.
3. Develop account growth plans for key clients.
4. Operational Coordination
1. Track daily vehicle performance, uptime, driver issues, and client requests.
2. Work closely with fleet, service, and operations teams to ensure zero-delay resolution.
3. Maintain accurate logs of service escalations and closures.
5. Revenue & Collection Management
1. Ensure timely invoice sharing and payment collection from clients.
2. Reduce outstanding/overdue amounts through regular follow-ups.
3. Maintain MIS reports on billing, usage, and revenue.
6. Reporting & Documentation
1. Update CRM with all client interactions and follow-ups.
2. Prepare monthly client review decks as required.
7. Issue Resolution
1. Act as the single point of contact for all client concerns.
2. Ensure issues are resolved within defined TAT (Turn-Around Time).
3. Escalate unresolved matters to senior management promptly.
8. Compliance & Service Quality
1. Ensure all vehicles, services, and operations follow company standards.
2. Monitor SLAs and ensure 100% adherence.
3. Educate clients about new features, safety norms, and service updates.
