Permanent People are partnering with a well-established, high-performing recruitment business in Perth to hire a Business Development Manager / Client Relationship Manager as part of their next phase of growth.

This is a newly created position with real ownership and influence. You’ll take responsibility for growing and protecting a key account , while also being front-and-centre in winning new business and expanding the client base across the market.

The role

You’ll be trusted to:

• Manage and develop a strategic key account , strengthening long-term partnerships
• Proactively win new business and open doors with new clients
• Work closely with recruiters in the office to ensure an outstanding client experience
• Represent the business externally and help shape its commercial growth strategy
• Play a key role in the continued expansion of the Perth office

What they’re looking for

• Proven experience in business development and/or client relationship management within a recruitment agency.
• You could be in a current 360 role or a BD position.
• Background in recruitment and staffing
• Confident communicator who can build trust at all levels
• Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable owning revenue outcomes
• Someone excited by a blank-canvas role with genuine progression potential
