Remote Client Relationship Manager – Responsible for building strong client relationships and ensuring seamless staffing delivery. In this role, you’ll serve as the main point of contact for clients, overseeing placement, onboarding, and overall engagement.

- Lead client onboarding, ensuring a seamless start from contract handover to first placement.
- Provide proactive account management and ongoing support, maintaining regular communication with active clients.
- Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure high‑quality staffing delivery and service consistency.
- Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback or testimonials to highlight success stories.
- Identify upselling or cross‑selling opportunities within active accounts.
