Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager located in Tiruchirappalli. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction with our services. Day-to-day responsibilities include onboarding new clients, addressing client inquiries and concerns, identifying opportunities to provide additional value, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. The role also involves reporting on client feedback and contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.
