Hudson is expanding in Sydney—and we’re hiring passionate Client Relationship Managers to join our high-performing Business Support team, the fastest-growing practice in our business.
This is a rare opportunity to step into an incredibly warm desk with live roles, trusted clients, and strong market demand across Enterprise portfolios.

Enterprise Focus: Hudson is a Preferred Supplier to an impressive list of clients, with abundant SME and Enterprise relationships ready for you to leverage.
What You’ll Be Doing:

• Build and grow relationships with both new and existing clients and candidates
• Manage active roles and market top talent
• Generating leads and marketing candidates
• Using various platforms to conduct skills and compliance checks such as (work rights, references, qualification checks)
• Grow our Labour Hire workforce and generate new opportunities
• Deliver exceptional contractor care and recruitment outcomes

Who You Are:

• Sales-savvy, driven, and results-focused
• Passionate about people and building long-term relationships
• Professional, articulate, and confident communicator
• Ideally experienced in recruitment or a related sales role
