Job Description
As a Client Retention Associate, you will work closely with the Client Retention team to help strengthen relationships with our existing clients who stopped working with the company due to any reason, improve client satisfaction, and support initiatives designed to reduce churn. You will gain hands-on experience in understanding client needs, providing excellent service, and learning about retention-focused marketing strategies.
