Role Overview

We are hiring a Client Retention Manager (Meta Ads) with strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads to retain, upsell, and grow AU/NZ client accounts . This is a client-facing, performance-driven role requiring excellent English communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Retain and manage international clients (AU/NZ focus)
• Own Meta Ads performance discussions, reporting, and insights
• Identify and close upsell and account expansion opportunities
• Present growth strategies and optimization plans
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver results
