Role Overview
We are hiring a Client Retention Manager (Meta Ads) with strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads to retain, upsell, and grow AU/NZ client accounts. This is a client-facing, performance-driven role requiring excellent English communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Retain and manage international clients (AU/NZ focus)
- Own Meta Ads performance discussions, reporting, and insights
- Identify and close upsell and account expansion opportunities
- Present growth strategies and optimization plans
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver results
