Overview

Job Title: Senior Commercial Analyst (AU)

Work Setup & Schedule:

• Hybrid (7AM to 4PM)
• 3 months office-based (training period) and will switch to hybrid set up depending on performance.

Responsibilities

• Diary/Calendar Management on behalf of Advisers, including scheduling reviews for clients.

• Deal directly with clients to arrange meetings, follow-ups, and solving general queries via phone or email.

• Finalizing meeting notes and assigning tasks for each team member involved.

• Preparation of review packages prior to client meetings and monthly insurance review report.

• Liaising with external parties such as platforms, fund managers & insurers on all administrative issues/tasks to ensure the accurate implementation of all advice recommendations.
