Role Overview

We are seeking a Client Service and Dispatch Support Specialist to manage incoming customer inquiries, schedule service appointments, and coordinate communication between customers and field technicians. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from customers in need of garage door repair services
  • Collect customer details such as contact info, service needs, and preferred appointment times
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments with customers and technicians
  • Manage communication via WhatsApp between technicians working in the Washington DC and Maryland areas
  • Distribute work orders to appropriate technicians based on location and availability
