Job Description
As a Client Service Associate, you’ll be the trusted go-to person for mid-tier banks and financial institutions using our AML/KYC solutions, taking the time to understand their needs and challenges while championing their success. You’ll guide them with empathy, offer practical training, and collaborate with our teams to ensure they get the most out of our platform. By staying on top of industry trends and regulations, you’ll provide thoughtful, proactive support that helps clients feel confident and empowered every step of the way.

- Provides day to day support of clients’ activities including invoicing and accounts receivables related duties
