Job Description

Supports one or more Investment Advisors (IAs) and the IA Team and branch staff with day-to‑day administration and delivers exceptional client service to help meet business objectives. This client‑focused role is responsible for managing and growing relationships through outstanding service and advisory support.

Responsibilities

  • Books meetings with new prospects and prepares introductory packages for prospects and referrals.
  • Coordinates marketing activities for the advisory team, including website, social media initiatives, client recognition for meaningful life events, and the planning of client events.
  • Schedules and helps prepare client portfolio reviews for the Investment Advisors, including setting up client calls, scheduling meetings, preparing reviews and providing updates to IA.
