About the Role

As the Client Service Officer (internally titled Client Services Administrator), you will be an administrative professional who provides exceptional customer service, expertise and passion for client care. Duties

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to clients and doctors
  • Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling and documentation
  • Communicate with patients, medical rooms, and third-party providers
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality
  • Assist with office management and team event coordination
  • Foster a positive team culture through collaboration
  • Ensure compliance with policies and high service standards

  • Proven experience in customer service and administration
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and medical software
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
  • Experience in healthcare or medical environments is a plus
