Job Summary:

• We are seeking a reliable and friendly Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team.


• In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, greeting them warmly and checking them in to the hospital.
• You will be responsible for assisting clients, discussing fees and payment options, answering questions about emergency cases that may need to be seen, and collecting deposits and payments.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
