Job Description

- Responds to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client

complaints.

- Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service.

- Resolves the client's complaint; determining the cause of the problem;

selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting

corrections or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

- Other duties as assigned
